Eat Fat for the Healthier and Slimmer You: Weight Loss Guides
With this age and day, where processed and convenience meals is a busy schedule-to for several busy families and people, critical nutrition is now being kicked on the curb. One of these simple nutrients, a macronutrient, is fat.

It's not breaking news that fat is demonized for several years. It became superior from the '80s together with the rise of fat-free half, half, cakes and cookiescheese and half, butter... Butter? Really? Butter = fat, and from now on they've crafted a fat-free, butter-like-food. Truth alert: Yes, I got myself into this fat-free craze in great amounts! I found myself the queen bee of most things fat-free and in many cases refused any dressing on my small salads, always picking straight-up balsamic vinegar. Before major damage was done, good thing I got my common sense back.

Let's go on a take a step back. We humans sustain ourselves on three macronutrients. Macro, meaning big. Three of the big nutrients we must have for our own bodies are: protein, fat and Carbohydrates. If we short-change our systems from one of these simple macronutrients, we need to pay up later with poor or failing health. This really is a reality that we cannot escape. So, what is a smart and educated person to do? We can't really gorge ourselves about the fats we all know taste delicious, however we must have it for the healthy body.

Our systems require fat for several reasons. Allow me to share the most notable three:

1. To assimilate and absorb fat soluble vitamins: E, D and A and K. Translation? If you're eating a fat-free or too low-fat diet, your whole body is just not absorbing those vitamins, specially the all more and important popular than before, Vitamin D.

2. To increase the liver's purpose of releasing fat. Yes, we must have fat to get rid of fat. It's the right sort of fat that matters. Much more about that in the bit.

3. Fat helps food taste good. You're undoubtedly feeling a bit deprived if you are eating a diet with little or no fat. And what occurs if you feel deprived after food dinner? You wish to eat more. This is certainly quite a challenge and the biggest reason why there exists a weight symptom in this country. Everyone is simply consuming too much.
